A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Elizabeth Beck. I grew up on a farm in a small town in Northwest Ohio where we raise cattle, sheep and horses. I have been riding horses my whole life. I grew up barrel racing at a young age and became involved in 4-h, high school equestrian team, and High School Rodeo. In rodeo I participated in breakaway roping, team roping, barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. I continue to enjoy rodeo and trail riding with my sisters around the farm.
Being the fifth of five girls in the family, I grew up training ponies, many that were born on the farm. In addition, our family has also taken in horses that need a job. One of my favorites was a pony, Lena, from Chincoteague Island. After training her in depth, she was taken to be used as an extreme trail pony and is currently competing. I have had the honor of following in my sisters’ footsteps while growing up with a passion for horses. I have been blessed with opportunities to work with and train horses.
APPALACHIAN TRAINER FACE OFF
This year I have been accepted into the Appalachian Trainer Face Off. I am so excited! This is where I will be updating anyone who wants to watch the progress of my horse. I plan to update about once a week on my page.
